Shipping policy

We dispatched your lovely orders throughout the week (7 days), the beauty of having a Post Office counter around the corner. 

We aim to process your order within 2-3 business days and we will contact you if there is an unexpected delay with processing and packaging your order. 

When your order is dispatched we will issue you with a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. Thank you for shopping with us!!

 

United Kingdom

We deliver within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, due to new GPSR regulations) and we offer free delivery on orders over £40.

United States of America

As of 2nd January 2026 we have REINSTATED shipping to the United States of America (USA). We have added Prepaid Duty (PDDP) of 10% at the checkout, this is paid when you order to avoid additional duties when your order arrives in the USA. Please bear with us as we navigate this new shipping setup. 

 

Europe

Currently, we DO NOT send orders to European Union countries as well as Norway and Switzerland due to the new GPSR Regulations that came into place December 2024. At the moment we cannot appoint a EU representative for our products.
