Shipping policy

We dispatched your lovely orders throughout the week (7 days), the beauty of having a Post Office counter around the corner. 

We aim to process your order within 2-3 business days and we will contact you if there is an unexpected delay with processing and packaging your order. 

When your order is dispatched we will issue you with a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. Thank you for shopping with us!!

 

United Kingdom

We deliver within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, due to new GPSR regulations) and we offer free delivery on orders over £40.

United States of America

As of 27th July 2026 we have SUSPENDED shipping to the United States of America (USA) due to new rules coming in with charges on each HS codes. We will keep up to date with the latest information and reinstated when we know more information and the new system is in place.

 

Europe

Currently, we DO NOT send orders to European Union countries as well as Norway and Switzerland due to the new GPSR Regulations that came into place December 2024. At the moment we cannot appoint a EU representative for our products.
